If most people were queried about their creativity, and I have queried many people, they say flat out: “ I am not creative.” I know a young man whom I coach who is in a deep process of creativity, working with shamans in the Andes, MachuPichu, J oshua Tree..and such, learning new skills and tools for healing and spirit.
When I asked him if he recognized his own creativity and he said “No, I am not a creative person.” I was rather surprised, considering since I have known him, he has in many ways become a different person. His demeanor is different, his voice is different and his general understanding of the world has shifted. He has changed. He has CREATED Change. How do we change? We CREATE something new.
