What if we learn to come from our true self. The the fear in our eyes and the tightening of our jaw would desolve. How do we do that? How do we learn to stay present and in touch with the me that is me beyond the conflicts?
The answer is usually “start meditating”. That means closing your eyes in a quiet space and breathing, attempting to move out of the “monkey mind”, the chatter. I think we can also be in a kind of meditation during our “eyes opened wide” day and make an attempt to stay present, in the moment, that is. Breathing as we speak, to the best of our ability and attempt to hold the me that is really me I am not saying this is easy! But lets try being in our day with responding form self rather than guilt, anger, fear or any other distortion that we may be encountering. Gosh, I want to be out of the muddle! and I know my meditation is spilling into my day, making it easier. Maybe my day, if I am present can spill into my meditation and my meditation will be even deeper!
