Well, these are the words of the day: Women and Power. How many women have come through my studio with a myriad of complaints about their voice and their nerves. Ultimately it is all about the same thing, taking their power, owning who they are and their love. I have read this, that in an ancient land people greeted each with the word ‘espavo’, meaning ‘thank you for taking your power”. That is thank you for standing up and in your own feet and body and saying your truth.
